ARTISANS AND CRAFTERS ARE BACK! And vendors are again allowed to offer SAMPLES. MUSIC is back! Each week a talented local musician will entertain while you shop.
Our 2023 season runs from Sunday Apr 23 – Oct 15 in uptown White Rock’s Miramar Plaza, 15154 Russell Avenue.
During this season we will continue to operate in the same location, with the same hours: 10 am – 2pm. We will have approximately 90 vendors each week contained within the Miramar Plaza and Russell Avenue street closure. Find us at the Whaling Wall.
As previous, free parking is available underground at the White Rock Community Centre, and on-street. Free parking is also available in the City's parking lot on the corner of Russell and Johnston next to the Coast Capital Theatre.
We look forward to another successful season and want to thank our Farmers’ Market community for their continuing support throughout our 20+ years serving the Semiahmoo Peninsula.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS
Vendor applications for the 2023 season are now closed. We will announce early in 2024 when applications open for next season.
WE ARE AN AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY BASED FARMERS' MARKET WITH FABULOUS VENDOR-PRODUCED GOODS—INCLUDING FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON LOCALLY-GROWN FARM PRODUCE. THERE ARE ALSO BAKED GOODS, PRESERVES, GARDEN PRODUCTS (BEDDING PLANTS, HANGING BASKETS AND FLOWERS), MANY SPECIALTY FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS ORGANIC CHEESE, LOCAL SEAFOOD, VEGAN FOOD ITEMS, AND GOURMET DOG BISCUITS PLUS UNIQUE CRAFTS MADE BY LOCAL CRAFTS PEOPLE. MUCH, MUCH MORE AWAITS YOU. YOU CAN PURCHASE A CUP OF FAIR TRADE COFFEE (OR BUY IT BY THE BAG) AND ENJOY LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN A DELIGHTFUL AMBIANCE RIGHT IN THE HEART OF UPTOWN WHITE ROCK. WE HAVE LOTS OF PARKING AVAILABLE AND MOSTLY FREE! WE ARE ALSO A DOG FRIENDLY MARKET.
WE ALSO OFFER A WEEKLY SPACE AVAILABLE TO NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND ONGOING MONTHLY SPECIAL EVENTS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 185 + VENDORS AND OPERATE WITH A MAKE, BAKE OR GROW POLICY. THE W.R.F.M.S IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND A MEMBER OF THE BC ASSOCIATION OF FARMERS' MARKETS. B.C.A.F.M. WE OPERATE 26 WEEKS OUT OF THE YEAR FROM MAY THROUGH TO OCTOBER.

COVID FAQ
Q: Are people required to wear masks while at the market?
A: Mask wearing is no longer required but we encourage people to wear masks if they feel more comfortable doing so.
Q: Is physical distancing in effect at the markets?
A: No. In accordance with the Step 3 BC Restart Plan, we are no longer required to ensure that physical distancing is in place at the markets. However, we ask that everyone follow BC CDC recommendations and exercise common sense approaches to prevent infection and protect those most vulnerable in community settings, which include frequent hand washing/sanitizing, wearing a mask, and maintaining physical distance.
Q: Will capacity at markets be limited?
A: No. Under the Step 3 Plan, there are no longer capacity limitations at the markets.
Q: Is there a reserved time for seniors to shop at the markets?
A: No. Under the Step 3 Plan, we have now discontinued the reserved time for seniors.
Q: What measures are vendors taking to keep markets safe?
A: All vendors are recommended to practice the following:
- Stay home if they are sick.
- Wear a mask where appropriate (i.e. when restocking items in their booth).
- Regular hand-washing and stall sanitizing
